I’m really happy. Today I:

- learned how to nest frames

- remembered CSS

- started remodeling the site

- went to a party

It isn’t much to do in a day, but tomorrow I’m going to start balancing (!) things.

I’m so happy. I started working on the new layout. It took me a while to find all the CSS knowledge I’d lost, but now that I’ve recovered all the info, I can begin coding tomorrow. Hopefully it won’t take too long. Meh. :\

CSS rules, CSS RUUUUUULES!!!!!

So, tonight was the first night I used CSS for a webdesign. I’m planning on designing my entire site with CSS, but I don’t have time this weekend (or the next.. or the next). I had to redo the Delians website layout from scratch, because last year’s was atrociously UGLY. It was FUGLY. It almost brought me to tears. So I whipped up one of my color coordinated girly pastel-y layouts, but I think it looks really nice. I’ve been staring at it for hours (mostly because I was working on it).

Yesterday I had problems copying the files to the floppy disk, so today while giving the lady the disk, I asked her if I could just e-mail them to her instead. I just e-mailed them to her a few minutes ago. I hope she puts them up pretty soon. I want it up as soon as possible. I might just die from excitement!! I’ll link to it when she puts it up. I’ll be so excited I’ll almost poop in my pants!

I want it up so I can stare at the beautiful colors again.

Although the Bessons didn’t like the color scheme, but forget them.

When I get back from my month-long vacation, I’m thinking of converting queenoflub completely to CSS, so that I won’t waste my time pasting code on the tops of every html file while changing every layout. I’m also thinking of a more unified look. I’ll brainstorm while I’m away, and hopefully get to work when I get back, but I don’t know when I’ll do it because school will have started already.

*gets excited nonetheless*

Anyway, packing up blows, but I guess it’s sort of fun. Sometimes. *sits around*
